Ya’ll know I’m all about taking care of your skin. If you don’t take care of your skin, the largest organ of your body (+ easily visible), no amount of makeup will be able to hide all the blemishes that may arise. That’s why I always believe that taking care of your skin should be your goal, not finding the most high coverage foundation. I’ve shared my skincare routine with ya’ll before, but today I wanted to share some face masks that I’ve been using in addition to my daily skincare routine.
I’ve recently learned of a Canadian cruelty-free skincare brand inspired by Korean beauty that is all about a good time when it comes to skincare. MaskerAide offers a large variety of masks for your face, lips, and eyes that are made free from parabens, mineral oils, sulfates, phthalates, and benzophones. Sounds amazing already, right?!

If you only buy one item from MaskerAide, it should be this.
This is hands down the most effective spot treatment I’ve ever used! It’s even better than the high priced treatments that you may find from Kate Somerville or Mario Badescu.
The spot treatments are little circle-shaped clear stickers that you stick onto a blemish and let it sit on your face overnight. Any time I feel that a blemish is about to pop up on my face, I place one of these bad boys on the blemish and (I kid you not) see results the next morning! The blemish usually shrinks in half. For those blemishes that can be a bit painful to the touch, this treatment literally takes the pain away as it shrinks the blemish! Did I mention these little stickers are clear?! CLEAR! So you don’t have to look like someone with a disease when you sleep next to your husband!
You can purchase them in a pack of 2 sheets or 8 sheets. I say just purchase the 8 sheets because I know you’re going to love them and use them!
These feel like such a luxury on an early morning! They’re meant to brighten, hydrate and firm the under-eye area. I have actually found that my under-eye concealer glides on so much smoother if I use these gel patches before my eye cream + concealer, compared to if I only use my eye cream!

Ok, this mask will literally blow your mind! It’s the coolest mask I’ve ever tried!
Once you put the face mask on and let it sit for a few minutes, it literally turns into a bubble bath on your face! Such a fun mask! But also very effective in doing a deep clean of your pores.
